サンファクトリーカップトロピカルアクアスロン大会

The Sun Factory Cup Tropical Aquathlon Tournament is a youth aquathlon event held in Chatan, Okinawa. It is designed for children from preschool age through high school, offering an approachable race environment where young participants can experience multisport competition in a resort-like Okinawan setting. The organizers emphasize a safe and secure event experience, making the race suitable even for children who may not yet feel fully confident in the water. The swim takes place in a pool equipped with safety platforms, and kickboards may also be used, helping lower the barrier for first-time or less experienced participants. The run course follows the beachside area, allowing athletes to enjoy the feeling of Okinawa’s clear ocean and coastal scenery while competing. Hosted by Team Sun Factory Okinawa Triathlon School with support from the Chatan Town Board of Education, the event is presented as a welcoming opportunity for many children to take part in aquathlon and enjoy active sport in a tropical atmosphere.
