はじめての六甲トレイルラン入門(岡本)
This introductory trail running tour takes place in the Rokko area of Kobe and is designed for people who want to experience mountain running in a calm, supportive setting. The route highlights scenic spots such as a pond whose reflections evoke Monet's Water Lilies, a dramatic lookout over the Kobe cityscape, and a rocky landscape described as Rokko's Cappadocia. Rather than emphasizing speed, the tour focuses on learning the basics of trail running through direct experience: moving safely, respecting hikers, handling climbs and descents, and enjoying the mountain environment with confidence. The event is guided by Trail Runners Osaka and coach Hiroshi Ando, who has led beginner trail running programs across Japan and emphasizes clear explanations, safety, and an approachable group atmosphere. It is especially suited to road runners curious about trails, people who feel uneasy going into the mountains alone, and runners in their 40s and 50s who want to learn manners, equipment, and technique from the ground up. The small-group format makes it easier to ask questions, take breaks, and build experience without pressure, while enjoying distinctive Rokko scenery and meeting other participants.
