大阪観光ラン30km｜大阪環状線ぐるっと一周

This urban sightseeing run starts from Ten-Shiba Plaza in Tennoji Park and follows the Osaka Loop Line clockwise before returning to Tennoji. The route is designed as a running journey through well-known parts of Osaka, passing areas such as Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku, Kyocera Dome Osaka, Grand Green Osaka, the Okawa riverside, and Osaka Castle Park. Rather than being a conventional race, it combines steady group running with the feel of a guided city tour, including photo stops, traffic-light pauses, and walking sections through busy streets, shopping arcades, pedestrian bridges, and station areas when needed for safety. Participants can experience Osaka’s landmarks, neighborhoods, and local atmosphere on foot while sharing the day with a small group. The event is organized by Trail Runners Osaka and led by a professional running coach whose approach emphasizes clear guidance, enjoyable running, safety, and connection among participants. It is aimed at runners who regularly train and want a structured long urban run that also offers a fresh way to rediscover the city.
