The start and finish area is under the Keio Sagamihara Line bridge over the Tama River, close to Keio-Tamagawa Station. The course is described by the organizer as an easy-to-run riverside route with little elevation change, taking participants along public river paths shared with walkers and cyclists. The event places clear emphasis on safe and considerate running, including rules for passing, lane usage across Chofu and Fuchu sections, avoiding smartphone use on course, and respecting other users of the riverside space. Timing is handled at the finish, with rankings and times provided through online preliminary results and web finisher certificates. The event is organized by the aTHMICO Sports Event Executive Committee, which states that AEDs are installed at all of its running events.
