神戸・六甲 トレイルラン(有馬温泉)11km|初心者向け
This beginner-friendly trail running experience takes participants into the Kobe and Rokko mountain area, combining accessible mountain running with scenic sightseeing around one of the Kansai region’s best-known outdoor destinations. The course highlights the fresh green ridgelines of Higashi-Otafukuyama and open views toward the sea, the port city of Kobe, and the Osaka cityscape, offering a relaxed way to discover the appeal of running through natural terrain. It is designed for people who are new to trail running, runners who mainly train on roads, and participants who may feel uneasy about going into the mountains alone. The small-group format is intended to make the outing approachable and sociable, with opportunities to ask questions and experience the trail in a guided setting. The organizer, Trail Runners Osaka, emphasizes safety, clear explanations, and a friendly atmosphere, especially for first-time and middle-aged runners. Coach Hiroshi Ando, known as “Captain,” has extensive trail running and coaching experience and has led introductory trail running programs across Japan. The event also adds a travel element through the Arima Onsen area, making it a combination of running, mountain scenery, and local tourism rather than a competitive race.
